Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions to GammaTime work, including how you are billed, how subscriptions renew, and how you can cancel. It is a part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. GammaTime is operated by Gammagrl, LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies ("GammaTime," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

1. Paid Subscription

GammaTime offers paid subscriptions that give you unlimited access to our premium content, including exclusive series and new releases, for the duration of your subscription. The specific features, content, and benefits included with a subscription may change from time to time. The price and billing period for each subscription plan are shown to you at the point of purchase before you complete your transaction. Availability of specific content may vary over time, and titles may be added or removed without notice.

2. Subscription Term & Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis for the billing period you select (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the current period ends. Upon each renewal, we will charge the subscription fee then in effect to your selected payment method, using the same billing period, until you cancel.

3. Billing & Payment

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period. Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the subscription price depending on your location and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. If a charge cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to premium content until payment is successfully collected.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the service or platform from which you purchased your subscription, in accordance with the applicable subscription management process. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will no longer be charged.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or content you did not watch. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party app store or platform, refunds are subject to that platform's policies, and you may need to request a refund directly from them.

6. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

We may occasionally offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless stated otherwise, if you do not cancel before the end of a free trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew at the standard price then in effect. The terms of any specific offer will be presented to you at the time you sign up and will control in the event of a conflict with this policy.

7. Changes to Prices & Plans

We may change our subscription prices, plans, and the features they include from time to time. If we change the price that applies to your subscription, we will provide notice in advance as required by applicable law, and any price change will take effect on your next billing period after notice is given. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of a paid subscription after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
